USE INSTRUCTION
1. Clod therapy: Store cold pack in freezer for at least 2 hours.
Hot Therapy: Place pack in heated water for no more than 7 minutes. Do not heat by microwave oven.

2. Elderly or persons with circulatory problems should not use any cold or hot therapy except as directed by a doctor.

3. Do not use heat therapy with external pain killing products.

4. For external use only. Adult supervision is needed for kid's application.

5. Suggested First Aid. If contents contact skin or eyes. Remove pack immediately. Thoroughly flush with water. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call a doctor immediately.

6. Keep out of reach of children.
